VMS Billing Solutions Analyst

M-F Weekends off

Remote 100%

Pay rate: 50k to 65k (Total package, depending on experience)

Work hours: US time PST , EST or CST

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for identifying and resolving billing discrepancies

(which causes uncollectible receivable and/or over payment to contingent workers) on a timely basis for assigned VMS accounts. Developing/maintaining good working relationships with internal depts. and MSPs is critical to success in this role.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

• Understand the relevant terms of the contracts and reconcile all necessary billing activities on a weekly basis. Emphasis on bill rates and hours to make sure our internal staffing companies’ billing matches the hours and rates in the VMS system.
