About the Role
The Billing Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the billing readiness process for field service operations. This position ensures that jobs are properly completed, authorized, cost‑validated, and set to Ready‑to‑Bill status. The analyst works closely with field teams, operations, and billing to maintain accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support month‑end activities.
Key Responsibilities

+ Billing Readiness Execution — Validate job completion, customer authorization, and service order closure.

+ Cost Posting & Validation — Review, correct, and validate cost postings prior to billing.
