Position Overview

In this ambitious context, we are looking to strengthen our Customer Support team as we expand our operations to provide a 24/7 service to our clients.

Under the supervision of our Head of Customer America, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Respond to customer requests through different channels: phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Ensure high-quality customer reception and support.
  • Monitor the administrative and technical implementation of the solution for our clients.
  • Manage tickets through our Zendesk tool.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the different departments of the company to ensure efficient issue resolution.
