Description

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist for a high volume recruitment team. In this role, you’ll be the go to partner for all bilingual hiring, playing a critical role in how they attract, engage, and hire top bilingual talent across the business. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding while working closely with the managers and leaders in a fast-paced, growth driven environment. With a strong focus on collaboration and candidate experience, you’ll help shape hiring strategies, build strong bilingual talent pipelines, and ensure to continue to bring in the right people to support the companies continued growth.
This is a hybrid role- 3 days on site weekly
Location: Mississauga office
Salary: $70,000.00 – $83,000.00 + 10% bonus.
