Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner — Hybrid
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent and play a pivotal role partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HRBP, hiring managers, and key partners to understand unique business and talent needs.
- Build candidate pipelines for existing and new roles throughout Canada.
- Identify and engage passive candidates via data mining in Canon’s ATS, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process including phone screens, interviews, intake meetings, developing scorecards, and preparing and presenting offer letters.
- Update the ATS promptly to meet reporting deadlines.
- Support Human Resources Business Partners with administrative duties.
