The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on skilled trades roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality hiring solutions aligned with business needs.
The role requires fluency in both English and French and is based in Burlington (onsite 3 days a week).
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for unionized and non-unionized roles, with an emphasis on skilled trades and high-volume hiring
