Bilingual Specialist, Pharmacy System Solution and Support (1 Year Term Contract)

Location: Montreal Office (Additional location: SDM Toronto Office)

Overview

Reporting directly to the Director, Qc Initiatives, the incumbent is responsible for providing second level pharmacy systems business support for store level pharmacy systems and applications primarily for Quebec. The incumbent evaluates testing and creates user documentation content for functional processes and data conversions of pharmacy management systems. Moreover, the incumbent provides on‑site support when required and conducts impact analysis and proposes functional solutions for third‑party adjudication issues, programs, and initiatives.
