Position Overview
- 5 years of QA experience in Banking Financial Services environments.
- Robust hands on experience in manual testing (functional, UAT, regression).
- Good understanding of core banking concepts
- payments, cards, account lifecycle, transactions, customer onboarding, or lending.
- Experience with Agile Scrum delivery models.
- Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, Confluence.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) required for client and UAT interactions.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
