Bilingual Dispatcher - Hybrid
By monitoring all Field Service Route Management System activities and collaborating with Field Service Team Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring our service technicians are minimizing their travel time between customer calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Field Service Technicians to maintain a response time of four (4) hours by:
- Balancing the technicians' workload.
- assigning service calls.
- Maintaining appointment schedules.
- Monitoring, responding to GPS alerts and managing the GPS mapping in order to identify Technicians status and location.
- Monitoring and responding to messages from Field Service Technicians, Managers, and Service Agents.
- Respond to customer calls to support the team as required
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Fluency in English and French.
