Position Overview

Integon Customer Service Representative – Mexico

Integon is a division of one of the largest U.S. insurance companies, certified as a Great Place to Work. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the friendly front‐line voice for clients, ensuring they feel valued and their issues are resolved promptly.

  • Take responsibility for any question, issue, or mistake affecting a policyholder or agent and decide the best solution.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle questions about existing policies and determine the best course of action.
  • Be the first contact after a policy is sold, identify risks and ask the right questions.
  • Record call details, process policy changes, handle DMV filings, answer billing questions, take payments, and maintain excellent phone manners, customer‑service dedication and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Handle health‑policy requests (cancellations, profile updates, billing adjustments, refunds).
