Position Overview
Become a key player in Procom's commercial contract negotiation team. As a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist, leverage your expertise in MSA and SOW negotiations while working in a hybrid model.
The focus of this position is on leading the end-to-end contract lifecycle for Procom, maximizing client engagement across both Consulting and Workforce lines. You will utilize your 5+ years of experience to negotiate favorable terms while ensuring seamless collaboration with Account Managers. Your role will require interfacing with client procurement, managing negotiations, and minimizing delays while reporting to the Growth Office CRO and collaborating closely with the General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from introduction to execution
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks effectively
