Rate:

• $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed.

• Requirements Minimum three years of experience on an apartment community.
