Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients.
• Communicate timely with stakeholders regarding issues.
• Speak verbally with customers via two-way communication tools.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Perform administrative tasks as requested by customers.
• Manage customer staff actions and report events to management.
• Collect big data and compile operational reports.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in large facilities.
• Produce reports and other communications as needed.
