Our client in the Build and Design industry is searching for a Bids & Tender Specialist who can manage all RFPs and incoming leads end-to-end, ensuring an organised and timely process. Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads and opportunities, and compile for Management's qualifications. Lead the development of compelling and compliant RFP responses and pitch decks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content. Organize and disseminate tender addendums and clarifications and provide timely responses. Ensure that RFP submissions meet all requirements, including those related to format, content, and timeline. Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordination of internal and external resources, review and approval processes, and submission.
