Bids and Pursuits Advisor – Our Clients and Markets team focuses on client engagement and business development strategies. The role reports to the Manager – Clients & Markets and works with Client Leaders, Market Leaders, technical specialists, marketing and business development colleagues across New Zealand and Australia.

The role focuses on delivering high‑quality bids and pursuits, coordinating submissions, contributing to bid strategy, and creating compelling, client‑focused content. It involves opportunity qualification, bid/no‑bid decisions, managing the submission process, tracking pipeline activity, and translating win/loss insights into best practices.

Location: Auckland, Tauranga or Wellington. (12‑month fixed‑term position).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all bid and pursuit activities and manage submissions from start to finish.
• Contribute to bid strategy, win themes and messaging aligned with client needs.
