WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Track and review bid opportunities (RFQs / RFPs)
• Coordinate proposal timelines, inputs, and stakeholders
• Prepare and format high-quality proposal documents
• Support writing and editing of proposal content
• Manage submission packages and ensure compliance
• Maintain proposal records, templates, and documentation
• Assist with bid administration
