What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help maintain and support business intelligence (BI) and API applications across global teams:

• Monitor and support BI and API applications to ensure smooth operations
• Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and incidents
• Work with SQL to trace and analyze data across systems
• Communicate updates and resolution clearly to users (email, calls, ticketing tools)
• Participate in handling high-priority or critical incidents
• Help improve processes and reduce recurring issues
