Position Purpose

The BI Analytics & Solutions Engineer is responsible for owning, designing, and evolving end-to-end business intelligence solutions across the organization. This role goes beyond report building and focuses on architecting scalable, reliable, and trusted BI solutions across the full BI ecosystem. The role requires a holistic understanding of the BI stack—from source systems, data transformation, automation, semantic modelling, to reporting platforms and business consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own BI solutions across the full lifecycle: source systems, automation, data transformation, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary BI owner for South Africa, managing and resolving BI-related issues impacting local users and aligning with global requirements and reporting guidelines.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, workspaces, and apps.
