We are seeking a proactive Design Engineer to join our Consumer Goods product development team. In this role, you’ll drive the design, documentation, and release of new products, from initial concept through manufacturing, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and customer requirements. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams (Electronics, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Management and Suppliers) to translate customer needs into robust, manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D CAD models & 2D drawings of components, systems, sub‑modules/modules and appliances according to the BSH product development process.
• Support product quality and safety during development and sustaining engineering of products according to internal guidelines and agency standards (UL/CSA, IEC).
