This position is responsible for the daily activities of beverage department personnel and VIP Lounges to ensure adherence to department policies, procedures and steps of service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to:
Assists in the training, evaluating and scheduling of the beverage staff Maintains the overall appearance of lounges which includes sanitation control, overall food presentation and quality, food transfers and requisitioning of supplies and beverages Controls access to the lounges and guest amenities in the absence of upper management Consistently monitors patrons checking levels of intoxication and applies refusal of service and shutoff procedures, if necessary Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
