Description We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to support a retail organization in Commerce, California through a Contract assignment. This position will oversee day-to-day benefits administration, help maintain regulatory compliance, and provide dependable support to employees navigating benefit programs. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of health and retirement plans, handles sensitive information with discretion, and communicates effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefit offerings across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs while ensuring accurate day-to-day coordination.
• Lead benefit enrollments, status changes, and annual renewal activities, including the full open enrollment cycle for eligible employees.
• Review and reconcile carrier invoices and premium billings to identify discrepancies and support timely corrections.
