Responsible for guest arrival and departure experienceProviding courteous, professional and attentive guest service at all timesFollowing up with guest requests or concerns efficiently.Establishing a personal rapport with the guest in order to learn about their needs and expectations, find opportunities to connect and “wow”.Valet parking and retrieval of guest vehicles in a safe and efficient mannerAssisting with guest room deliveriesDriving guest shuttles to local attractions
