Overview
Behaviour Support Mentor at Highdown School and Sixth Form Centre, tasked with building positive relationships with students to support learning, emotion regulation and navigating secondary school life.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to key students during lessons.
- Guide students during unstructured social times.
- Assist with the Behaviour Hub (Bridge) when needed.
- Work closely with pastoral, SEN and safeguarding teams to create a safe, structured environment.
- Act as a calm and reliable presence across the school.
Qualifications and Experience
- Highly motivated and successful individual, willing to contribute to the school vision.
- Experience of working with young people in schools, youth work, mentoring or similar environments desirable.
