Outstanding Secondary School – Newham, East London
Full-time | Term-time only


A high‑performing, Large secondary school in Newham, known for its calm learning environment, strong behaviour systems and exceptional student progress.


We are seeking a confident and proactive Behaviour Mentor / Corridor Walker to help maintain high standards of behaviour and support the smooth running of the school day.


Key Duties:

  • Visible presence on corridors and during transitions

  • Support students to meet behaviour expectations

  • De‑escalate low‑level disruption calmly and consistently

  • Build positive relationships with students

  • Work closely with pastoral staff and senior leaders

    • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, mentoring, pastoral support)
