The primary purpose of the ARF Behavioral Health Technician is to oversee clients' adherence to the Adult Residential Facility program guidelines, provide supervision to clients and provide direct care as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, record, and assist, as necessary, activities of daily living (ADLs) such as teeth brushing, bed making, dressing, toileting, showering, etc.
• Encourage and ensure residents are informed of and attend planned activities and groups. Escort residents timely to groups and record participation ensuring that groups maintain a 1:6 ratio.
• Lead/assist groups and activities.
• Lead mental health discussions and community meeting daily, assigned.
• Ensure and assist clients to complete forms properly and timely.
