Behavior Analyst

Anderson Center for Autism is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality clinical services within our Adult Program. In this role, you will conduct functional assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans, analyze data to guide decision-making, and train staff to ensure consistent, person-centered implementation across residential and day settings. Your clinical expertise will directly support adults in building independence, enhancing quality of life, and thriving in community-based environments.
