Position Overview
Responsibilities - Conduct training on various treatment technique; theoretical and practical
- Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
- Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating all therapists periodically
- Provide training to Sales Staff and Salon’s Beauticians such as customer service sales skill, operation flow, SOP, grooming etc.
- To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
- Collaborating with marketing and retail operation team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars and product launches) support new product launches and events
- To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg: competitors’ activities and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with management team to monitor and evaluate on staff’s training needs....
