JOB INTRODUCTION:

We're looking for 2 new people to join the BBC's Appeals Advisory Committee to replace members whose terms have ended. Could you be one of them?

We're looking for senior charity leaders with expertise in the following areas:

  • Environment and Conservation
  • Generalist but with an interest in the social welfare, homelessness and/or cultural fields
  • Last year the BBC helped charities to raise nearly £100 million by giving them airtime for appeals. The BBC Charity Appeals Advisory Committee (AAC) is key to this process. It's a voluntary body made up of 12 independent charity experts with a range of specialisms in the charitable sector.
