This is a BAU support analyst role to support a MNC Bank's Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another.
Key Responsibilities - BAU Process Management: Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.
- Operational & Reporting: Produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards, providing management with timely visibility into business‑as‑usual performance metrics.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation Support: Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream or function, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
