A Bartender at Kiawah Island Club will excel at applying empathy to every person so they may create and maintain our members’ loyalty, while ranking their teammate’s needs even higher. A Kiawah Island Club bartender will be an expert at prioritizing to produce efficiency in this fast-paced, multi-faceted, club restaurant.

+ Maintains an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions

+ Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails

+ Can interpret guest’s desires and bring them to life in liquid form
