This role involves, serving customers, managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 

• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. This includes crafting classic cocktails, creating new drinks, and pouring wine, beer, and other beverages.
