The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages and other beverages, and serving food to customers in an efficient and pleasant manner, according to 25th Lane standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
- Serves food, alcohol, and other beverages in measured quantities, using a consistent reference point to distribute every order to the appropriate customer. Checks back with the customer to verify that all expectations have been met and/or exceeded.
- Maintains the sanitation and organization of lane seating, food service and dining areas. Ensures that these areas are washed, and sanitized before and after lane turnover. Proactively participates in maintaining a clean, safe environment at all times.
