Position Overview
Minimum Qualifications - Grade 1012 / Matric certificate.
- Bartending or hospitality training is advantageous.
- Responsible alcohol service certification may be required.
Experience - Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, bars, or resorts is advantageous.
Knowledge - Beverage preparation and cocktail mixing.
- Customer service standards.
- Health and hygiene regulations.
- Basic stock control and cash-handling procedures.
Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Multitasking and organisational abilities.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
