Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Takes orders, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures for casino floor, restaurant servers, bars, and lounges.Requests identification from all patronsIdentifies when guests need to be cut off and does not over serve guests.Responsible for the mixing and serving of beverages in a service station capacity to Cocktail and Food Servers in a friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient manner.Collects money for drinks served and processes payment according to established procedures.
