Support all aspects of cocktail and mixology preparation. Responsibilities include preparing fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, infusions, and batched ingredients, stocking and organizing bar supplies, and ensuring the bar is fully prepped for seamless service. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to cocktail techniques, spirits knowledge, presentation standards, and the precision that goes into creating a high-quality beverage program.
You’ll support our beverage team on other days by promptly bussing and resetting the bar, running food and drinks, while engaging in polite interaction with guests and team members including basic menu descriptions.
