Barman / Bartender

We are recruiting an experienced Barman to join a high‑end restaurant environment. This role is suited to someone who is service‑driven, detail‑oriented and confident working in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard Ensure consistent quality, presentation and portion control Set up and maintain the bar area before, during and after service Manage bar stock, including stock counts and replenishment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety requirements Engage professionally with guests and contribute to an excellent guest experience Work closely with the restaurant and service team to ensure smooth operations Minimum requirements Previous experience working as a Barman or Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality environment Good knowledge Brug of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar service standards Strong communication and interpersonal s...
