Position Overview
Responsibilities - Champion the consistent preparation and presentation of coffee and other beverages across all outlets, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Develop, maintain and comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for beverage service to drive consistency and elevate service delivery.
- Enhance team capabilities and skills through continuous engagement, performance monitoring, and practical guidance to strengthen skills and promote craftsmanship.
- Oversee the setup and upkeep of beverage stations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during daily service and special events.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to creatively integrate coffee offerings into menus and event concepts, enhancing the overall guest experience.
