A Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor accomplished in leading cocktail bars reporting directly to the General Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor from a recognised high-street brand to lead a small, speakeasy basement cocktail bar in an independently owned Lebanese and French-inspired restaurant in Central London. You will need at least two years of bar management experience, a considered career that has moved consistently upward, and the kind of hands‑on mixology skills that set a standard for a small team. You will support the leadership of a front‑of‑house team of ten to fifteen colleagues and manage a bar team of three.
