Responsibilities

• Reviewing and building precedents.
• Researching and keeping fee‑earners up to date on developments, new legislation and laws.
• Helping to develop know‑how systems that will be integral to the business.

Qualifications

• At least six years post‑qualification experience; ideally including significant exposure to high‑end Banking & Finance transactions and security arrangements.
• Commercial mindset with a clear drafting style and superb communication skills.
• First‑rate technical legal knowledge.
• Technologically savvy, with an interest in the impact of developing technologies on the delivery of high‑end commercial legal services.
