Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategic planning activities related to achieving profitability goals for bank products and services. Develop the business plan, practices and policies for the implementation and/or integration of bank products and services within the ACG distribution network. Review and determine the best channels and resources to sell products and services with the goal of improving effectiveness and efficiency of coverage within the market. Review strategy to determine the future direction of bank product distribution.
