The Account Officer / Marketing Officer is responsible for generating new business opportunities by soliciting real estate mortgage loans and deposit products, developing and maintaining client relationships, and assisting clients throughout the loan and account opening process. The position plays a key role in achieving the branch's loan and deposit growth targets through field marketing, client acquisition, and excellent customer service.

• Business Development and Marketing
• Conduct field marketing activities to acquire new clients for real estate mortgage loans and deposit products.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers and depositors through referrals, networking, and business calls.
• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate developers, brokers, agents, business owners, and other referral sources.
