Role Details

• Role: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: 9am – 5pm

• Pay: £30ph

• Start: ASAP

• Length: Ongoing

• This role will be ward based, providing clinical pharmacy services including medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical screening, and discharge support. You will work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective medicines use.
