Responsibilities

• Lead Electronic Job Planning (eJP) for the AHP workforce across the Trust, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and workforce development.
• Design, deliver and evaluate programmes of work for the AHP workforce using policy, data and intelligence.
• Support the transition from analogue to digital, aligning eJP with the 10‑year plan and national, regional and local targets, including productivity and efficiency improvements.
