The Trust plays a crucial role in delivering a wide range of health services to local communities, focusing on providing care closer to home, reducing hospital admissions, and supporting patients in their communities.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide Physiotherapy assessments and interventions for people with learning disabilities and complex health needs, including 24-hour postural management, mobility, falls, community-based respiratory care, and rehabilitation from acute injuries and/or conditions. Provide specialist equipment, including sleep systems, specialist standing frames, walking aids, and guidance for supportive seating. Provide support for specialist moving and handling techniques.
