You will be expected to meet high standards of physical, relational and procedural security within our medium secure mental health service. You will be recruited to support Ardenleigh Hospital, which is a Medium Secure Unit. While you will be based in one of our three MSUs you may need to support the other MSU sites within Birmingham. We are looking for a post holder who is enthusiastic, self‑motivated and efficient, who can work as part of a team and independently. Ideally the post holder would have experience of working in secure environments and must hold a working understanding of the concepts of physical, procedural and relational security.
