Position Overview
What you’ll do:
Lead the team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and brand. Manage the Department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, programs, merchandising standards and overall expectations.Recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.
