Job Description

We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake items such as bread, cakes, pastries, buns and desserts
• Assist in dough preparation, mixing, proofing and baking processes
• Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Decorate cakes and pastries (for Baker role)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
• Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers and proffers
