Fundamental Job Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Bake the majority of a cafe's fresh bread and pastries.Ensure all Panera products are prepared according to Panera's standards.Meet the highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation, and safety.Team player; accept responsibility for all tasks delegated by Management.Primarily work alone with minimal supervision.Perform operational activities such as stocking, prep, and sanitation.Work as a team with Management and fellow Team Members.Incorporate the concept essence and cultural values into daily operation of the bakery-cafe.S...
