Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Ingredient Management: Measure, mix, and handle ingredients accurately while maintaining proper storage and inventory of baking supplies.
- Quality Control: Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for appearance, taste, and freshness, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Previous experience in baking, with knowledge of various techniques, ingredients, and equipment used in a commercial kitchen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on following recipes, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Physical Stamina and Dexterity: Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, lift heavy ingredients or equipment, and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
