Responsibilities:
● Support & Troubleshooting:
○ Respond to incoming phone chats, pings, and tickets promptly and professionally, adhering to established program policies and SOPs.
○ Perform initial troubleshooting of access issues, including enabling disabled badges and resolving door reader problems, following documented procedures.
○ Add non-restricted clearances to Ccure profiles.
○ Logistics and shipment of badges
○ Operating Fargo Printers Level 1 triage and troubleshooting
● Ticket Management:
○ Process various access-related tickets, including:
■ Badge activation (new hire and other)
■ Badge deactivation
■ Building Access System (BAS) extension requests
■ Non-Moma activation and extension requests
● Policy Support:
○ Provide support and guidance on physical access policies, utili...
